Debbie Brankin set up Conscious Coaching and Consulting Ltd in 2023. She is passionate about personal growth and loves working with IT leaders and professionals, to bring natural confidence to how they lead. Without changing who they are. Enabling an ability to work confidently with senior leaders, to show up and speak up, increasing influence with stakeholders, and giving confidence in the decisions that they make.
Personal Statement
I believe in making a conscious choice to build awareness of labels we hold and beliefs that may hold us back, to choose the way we think, and behave. Understanding what triggers actions, behaviours and thoughts, gives a conscious choice over the direction we choose to travel in life, and behave towards others. Coaching is important to give an independent voice to challenge and support this process, breaking from others' expectations and giving a space to explore outside of day-to-day life.
Approach
I have a kind but firm approach to challenging beliefs, behaviours and motivations to give a conscious safety net to explore topics that can be more challenging to explore with a direct Colleague or family member.
All coaching is tailored specifically to the individual, and a free Introductory call is offered to get to know me, understand what an individual is looking for, and agree what the coaching journey might look like.
I am an ICF (International Coaching Federation) Member, who is trained to PCC certification level. I am also a Barefoot Certified Coach. I am committed to continually developing my coaching expertise, and am a lifelong learner. I am a Mental Health First Aider (level 3).
Experience
Debbie has more than 20 years’ experience in the IT Industry, primarily working with the Financial Services, and Insurance sectors. Her background is broad starting with IT Consultancy work, alongside working as a Career Coach from 2008 and Senior Career Coach from 2012. Debbie then moved through her career leaving her last company from a Vice President role managing an international team across 12 countries.
Debbie brings years of experience coaching Senior Leaders, Managers, and Team Members through periods of change concentrating on Personal Growth. She understands the complex environment everyone works in today, and draws on her understanding working in many different industries, across the world, to support individuals as they develop awareness of themselves, and their impact on others.
